You can easily upgrade your plan. I started monthly and then switched to annual after a few months, it was straightforward in the settings.

They take standard credit cards. Not sure about PayPal directly for your own subscription, but they integrate WITH PayPal for payouts to your affiliates.

Does FirstPromoter integrate with Paddle for payouts? We use Paddle for all our subscriptions so that would be a deal-breaker for us.
